1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clawdia ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Clawdia is a voice interface application that connects to OpenClaw gateway servers. The App provides voice input/output capabilities and acts as a client to AI services that you configure and control.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing your own OpenClaw gateway server
Obtaining and managing your own API keys (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc.)
Complying with the terms of service of any third-party APIs you use
Any costs associated with API usage
The content of your conversations with the AI

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Clawdia offers optional paid subscriptions ("Clawdia Pro") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the App
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Atlas Phase LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI responses are generated by third-party services and may contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS PHASE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the operation or content of third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
